The app stores the following data exclusively on your device:
The app uses Android's built-in Auto Backup. If you have backup enabled in your Android settings, app data may be stored in your personal Google account via Google Drive. This is controlled by your own Android and Google account settings.
The app shows ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data to display relevant ads, including a device-specific advertising identifier (Advertising ID). This happens in accordance with Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
You can limit ad tracking in your Android settings under Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID.
The app requests camera access only when you actively choose to take a photo of a receipt or service report. Photos are stored locally on the device and are not shared with anyone.
The app sends local push notifications (via WorkManager) to remind you of mileage limits and vehicle inspection deadlines. No notifications are sent to external servers.
You can delete individual records directly in the app. All app data is permanently deleted when you uninstall the app. Any backups in Google Drive are deleted via your Google account settings.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this privacy policy when significant changes are made to the app. The current version is always available on this page.
